Tri-State Symposium June 20-21, 2024

The Tri-State Symposium boasts a full two-day of interactive and educational sessions focused on challenges and innovation with Top leaders in the country for Access to Healthcare, Diversity and Inclusion, Accessibility, and Law, Ethics, and Privacy, and Medical AI Use in Pennsylvania and border states of Ohio and West Virginia.  The symposium is geared towards healthcare leaders, healthcare providers, AI leaders, local, state, regional policy makers and lawyers, and the community at-large. The setting offers a forum for sharing valuable knowledge. The program features themed presentations and panel discussions on enhancing health and human services, AI medical use, DEI & Accessibility efforts, and impact.

This year’s themed presentations and panel discussions include: Community-based Partnerships, Resources & Services, Medicaid Managed Care, Data-driven Strategy for REM Communities, Access to Services to a Diverse Community, Cybersecurity Safety Nets, PHI Secured Data, Rx Rebates, Real World Medical AI Use Cases, Education, Workforce, Legal Advocacy, Ethics, Support & Patient Representation, Government and Policy, Rural Hospitals & Access to Services, and the State of Rural Health and REM Groups in these states in the region.  

This year’s symposium also features a networking opportunity for attendees to connect with strategic partners for potential collaborative project with the NIRMH Think Tank the attendings and for payers, providers, community leaders, FQHC directors, healthcare and policy, education faculty and administrators, and those who are interested in improving diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, AI platforms, accessibility, and services at their institutions. The Tri-State Symposium’s theme is “(Re)Writing the Social Determinants of Health-focused Health and Human Services Paradigm in the Age of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Program Advertisement Deadline

Please find below the instructions if your company would like to include an advertisement in our official Symposium program.

 

  • Submit logos, ads, and advertising materials by electronic email to the Treasurer at symposium@nirmh.us  

 

         In the type “Your Organization’s Name – materials for NIRMH 2024 Tri-State Symposium in Pittsburgh – (Re)Writing the SDOH-focused HHS 

         Paradigm in age of AI.”

  • Files must be compressed (PDF, JPEG, etc.)

  • All placed images will be at 300dpi (or more) at 100% scale. Ads can be in color or black and white. Ad as PDF (grayscale for inner pages, CMYK for cover) with all fonts converted to outlines and placed images at 300 dpi.

  • Submit your materials via email to: symposium@nirmh.us

Exhibitors include an onsite exhibit space. Please follow the instructions below if your organization would like to exhibit during our Symposium.

  • Report to the Registration Table. You will be issued an assigned booth space number in the designed Exhibit Area.

  • Symposium hours:       Thursday, June 20, 2024, from 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm                Friday, June 21, 2024, from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

  • Exhibit Area hours:      Thursday, June 20, 2024, from 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm                Friday, June 21, 2024, from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

All exhibit items must be removed prior to 7:00 pm the final day. Exhibitors are encouraged to setup and teardown each day.   NIRMH and Point Park University are not responsible for unattended exhibitor tables.   

Exhibitors must submit payment by June 17, 2024.

All exhibitors are on a first come, first served basis.
